NWCarbon Haus stands by the quality of its products, but also adheres to strict return policies to discourage abuse and fraudulent behavior.
Acceptable Return Window
No matter the reason (bound by scenarios below) NWCarbon Haus will only consider exchange or return of products within 30 days of delivery to customer. Requests submitted more than 30 days after receipt will not be eligible for return.
Returns of Uninstalled Products with Manufacturing Defects
For ordered products that arrive in the box with manufacturing defects or damage as a result of shipping and customer has not attempted installation, we will provide an exchange or full refund (including shipping costs) when requested .
We will require photo or video evidence of manufacturing defect or shipping damage from customer along with refund/exchange request.
NWCarbon Haus may request customer to return product to NWCarbon Haus as a condition of exchange or refund in this scenario, but at no cost to customer.
Returns of Uninstalled Products with No Manufacturing Defects
For ordered products that have been received by the customer, without manufacturer defect, but not installed, customer will be responsible for paying a 20% restocking fee, plus the cost of shipping back to our warehouse.
After receipt of product in good condition at our warehouse, customer will be refunded the purchase price of the product, less the fees indicated above.
Installed Products
We will not accept returns nor issue refunds on a product where a customer (or a shop/garage hired by them) has attempted to partially or fully install the product and caused damage (intentional or unintentional, including breaking clips, drilling holes, removing adhesive tape, or any other modification to the product vs. the condition in which it was shipped to customer).
The only exception to this policy is in the event that the fitment of the product was discovered to be unacceptable during installation, in which case NWCarbon Haus will require evidence (photo and/or video) of fitment issues and description of installation methods. If this evidence illustrates a fitment issue, NWCarbon Haus will exchange the product at no cost to customer, or refund the customer the purchase price of product and related shipping costs, in full.
NWCarbon Haus may request customer to return product to NWCarbon Haus as a condition of exchange or refund in this scenario, but at no cost to customer.
Canceled Orders
Orders that are canceled after checkout but before leaving our warehouse are subject to the following policies:

In Stock Inventory: For products already in our warehouse (indicated by "XX In Stock" on product page when ordered), if your cancelation request is made before the product is shipped, you will be reunded the purchase and shipping costs for that product less a 10% restocking fee.

Custom Ordered Inventory: For special ordered products (indicated by "Available to Order" on product page when ordered), you will be reunded the purchase and shipping costs for that product less a 20% restocking fee.
Orders that have been canceled after they have been shipped to the customer will follow the guidelines specified within Returns of Uninstalled Products with Manufacturing Defects, Returns of Uninstalled Products with No Manufacturing Defects, and Installed Products above.
