what is your cancellation policy?

Orders may be canceled by the customer within a limited timeframe after purchase. Please review the terms below carefully before submitting a cancellation request.

🔹 Standard Cancellations:

  • All canceled orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
  • This fee covers payment processinginventory allocation, and administrative costs.

🔹 Processing Time Considerations:

  • If your order is already in production, packaging, or has been prepared for shipment, it may not be eligible for cancellation.
  • In-stock orders are often processed within 24–48 hours. Made-to-order or specialty parts may begin processing immediately upon confirmation.

🔹 How to Request a Cancellation:

  • To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at [your email, chat box, or contact form link].
  • Include your order number and full name.
  • We will review your request and inform you whether the cancellation can be processed.

🔹 Exceptions:

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You must follow our return policy instead.

SHIPPING

All items listed as “in stock” will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Items listed as “pre-order” will have a shipping estimate listed in the items description. All items will require signature upon arrival. Holidays may affect shipping times.

RETURNS

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of delivery. Returns will not be accepted if items have been installed or there is visible signs of mounting wear. Buyer may be required to pay a 20% restocking fee, and/or provide their own return shipping label. If there is any quality issues with the item, the buyer will receive a full refund, or provided the opportunity to sent exchange the item.

Items damaged during shipping will be returned and exchanged. Items installed will not be accepted as a return.

Yes, we proudly offer discounts for military members and veterans as a token of our appreciation for their service. Feel free to ask for a military discount in our chat box below! You'll just need to provide proof of military or veteran status.

Is your carbon fiber only for BMW?

No, we offer carbon fiber products for a variety of brands, including Toyota, Chevrolet, and Lamborghini. Additionally, we’ll soon be expanding to include Mercedes, Audi, Lexus, Infiniti, Tesla, and Porsche.
